EU Bread & Circuses [3v3]

For those, who interested in challenging PvP @lvl20.
We glad to announce 2nd cup of Bread & Circuses, a great 3v3 arena tournament. A lot of cool players from Ru and Eu will fight to earn honor among viewers.

There already was 1st cup of Bread & Circuses, you can see it in this video:

It was very fun and challenging, but one thing we understood: too much FoTM specs.

This time new rules should be aplied to make it more interesting and other specs will have a chance to shine. Basically, it's shrinking of control abilities and stacks of racials to avoid literal oneshots and long stun combos. You can see rules here if interested:
