BRD bosses.

There are several bosses in BRD with good twink loot.
Is it possible for one 60 lvl to kill them with my (48 lvl warlock) help?
I am interested in High Interrogator Gerstahn and some arena bosses.

Gerstahn would be challenging due to the number of adds. Most arena bosses are soloable.

What class is the 60?

Arena items can be piggy backed off of lvl 60 warriors who are after savage glad there. Easy to buy a specific item and get this loot. You can get loot from the entrance. High Interrogator is a bit tougher but with 2-3 can be done. Maybe bribe some 60s for your runs.

should be fine. May take a bit without any other dps, but I would imagine you could 2 man

A low stuff 60 mages made it for me a few days ago. That was not easy, but with a good mage should be fine

I soloed High Interrogator Gerstahn with a 60 rogue. Got all 3 loots in 4 runs.
Just use all the cooldowns. You might be dead after the kill but that's fine for me.
