Brambleweed Leggings proc or not (answered thanks)

Yes like title said anyone seen an upgraded version of Brambleweed Leggings? I've been farming for a while but no luck at all. On wowhead when you click the "scales with level" there's no epic version so I'm just wondering if it's possible at all, considering it only drops from Boahn no reason for it to not go epic right?

They don’t. The mob is considered a dungeon rare for some reason. Same with Trigore the Lasher
