EU+US Boycott Survival Hunters?

Yeah makes me pretty depressed but thats what we have to live with, a couple of op as fuck classes :s
 
I used to get really triggered by getting 2 shot by survival hunters constantly. Its painful, just gotta embrace it.
 
Survs now, Brewmaster before that, warriors before that, ele sham before that... you just live with it, or be weak and join them.

What is bad is when certain people, say a GM of a particular guild roll in premades of them, all while trying to promote the bracket and increase activity. Seems kinda counterintuitive
 
I suppose there is always going to be ''that class'' which wrecks everything for a patch or 2. But doesn't stop it being annoying. Especially as you say when you have 4-5 surv hunters and 2 discs on the opposite team. may aswell /afk.
 
WoD Feral came close, not due to dmg but the rake stun, bm and warrs were always managable, just needed a lock/mage to make sure they never connected to the target at the same time.
Survs kill b4 fear/poly cast finish.

The answer like most things that are difficult and annoying about a game (or life tbh) is learn to deal with it. Survival hunter as a spec is getting absolutely destroyed in 8.0 at level 19. The people who main and abuse surv are going to be in for a serious reality check when they have to play something more challenging in the coming months. Take solace in that.

For one, no one mained surv before Legion because it didn't exist in its current form, so obviously there's no contention there. Some people who main it now after the BM nerf, such as Phobia if I'm not mistaken, are obviously very skilled and shined on other hunter specs before they were rendered unplayable and swapped to surv.

But overall, most surv mains are the same - lazily seeking high risk for low reward, averted to the challenges of playing a less forgiving class/spec, etc. You can literally see people who main surv in pugs miss traps all the time, sit in sap without sending in their pet to get combat, things that are extremely obvious to most skilled players. As stated before, there are obviously exceptions to the masses, meaning there are a few hunter/surv mains who are actually good players, but they are few and far between. They are outliers, and at the end of the day, surv is a braindead spec that carries unskilled players at a basic level.

Those players are the ones who will struggle to adapt, and there are a lot of them.

aw don't talk about me that way otte, I thought we were friends.

Just kidding, but why not just say the name? Everyone who plays the bracket knows who you are trying to call out. While I hate running into the whole multiple survivals thing as much as any clothie, I don't blame the person whose name we're apparently not saying now. If they weren't in his guild it would just be another (because there have been and continue to be others). I have also not personally seen him participating in any of those 3-4 hunter groups.

lol. choosing surv knowing how broken it is makes you a bitch. bm and mm do just fine. this whole thing is reminding me of the aimed shot ban we(real twinks not fotm reroll trash) instituted back in the day in 29’s. sure people still played MM and used aimed shot but it was only a few garbage trucks like this turd. most people respecced or played other toons.

Somone doesn't understand sarcasm. Also, that's some serve gatekeeping; you've got going on there. To be honest, I'm probably more of a "real" twink, unless you're gay and skinny as well. As to the garbage truck turd, I am whatever you want me to be baby. I'm not one to judge for the sexual fantasies of scat play.

Yeah I think I tried playing my 19 for a few games this expansion and got steamrolled by like 5 surv hunters and never touched it again

I think survival is op in higher brackets as well but it’s not popular

Why is there a semi-colon there? I don’t wanna be a pedant, but there shouldn’t be any punctuation there. Why of all things... a semi-colon that doesn’t belong :(
