Psure the meta is Stam+Vers, 4 int and 8 crit probably isn't worth it, unless you want to play Glass Cannon Arcane Mage

Not an enchant, just for 20's you want to stack Stam and Vers as much as possible, especially for sham, since I'm assuming you're playing Rsham, which means you'll be targeted more often than not.
