I've never seen a twink using it though I still see twinks with the ilevel based gear? From the looks of it any level can still get it and its ilvl looks GREAT but is it worth farming?

Aww damn, when I looked it up on wowhead it showed the toy but didn't say anything about the trink being out of game or anything now :/
