EU+US BOE hands for glove reinforcements (plate wearers)

I'd like to make an stam off set for tanking on my vet warrior just so I have options before my sub runs out. I think with a crusader enchant losing some strength might be ok so I might just go with a mail piece with stam and vers. What are you plate wearers using for glove reinforcements? Anything that's considered BIS?

I remember seeing a post where someone got a green boe plate piece off the AH or something that was level 20ish. I'm probably not going to hold my breath for that since it might be a fluke but maybe I'll luck out hah.

Its so rediculous plate doesnt drop under 35, I think that is the best option.

i just did +4 str enchant on good gloves instead of trying to some some weird shit to get the +7 stam

Lowbie plate can and does drop, I've had lots of pieces, e.g. check out the belt on my baby warr:

...and, since I am a kind and generous Oldpunk, I will even save you the detective work of sussing out where I got them. Go to Aszhara. Kill rares. Repeat. Done.
To get it to drop at the ilvl you want I suppose you'd need to farm it on a char of about lvl 24 (someone else might be able to confirm that).

you could also have someone do trade enchant with a dungeon drop
