BoE Drop Changes ?

I have been doing some research into some BoE items for some of my twinks. Upon looking into it further I see most if not all of them are above level 20 (21,27+) So i was generally wondering if there was a patch that changed the ilvl of the BoE drops perhaps.

I even tried looking at other servers AH and find the same thing.

(Exp = Blade Of Wizardry only see level 27+ )

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

If I understand you correctly, what you're encountering is finding epic BOE items, most of which dont drop anymore or *very rarely* drop at a useable level for us. Many of the ones you see equipped by various twinks were either higher level items that got squished on SL release *or* are extremely rare (and thus expensive) drops.

If you're building your first twink, these are not pieces I would worry about.

If you're talking about ilvl 28 greens just appearing to require level 24 in the armory? thats a known display bug.

27 is old 70 which means its the unscaled version from the olden days.
