BM Monks in lvling brackets

So i have been lvling a toon entirely through pvp.stopping exp every 10 lvls to re gear through dungeons.pretty much doing this because i am not a fan of questing and would like to get some hk's up and work on bg master achieves. All that aside i have come to dread getting into bg's and wondering if there is going to be multiple bonus armor/stam stacked monks. Usually 2 if not more ever bg. This is probs just a QQ thread(i know there is already a thread for that), But this morning was reading up on BM Monk changes in 6.1 and it looks as though instead of a nerf they are getting a buff. They nerfed glad stance and buff BM o_O. opinions?

What are you talking about?

General
Rising Sun Kick (Windwalker, Mistweaver) now causes enemies to take 20% increased damage from the Monk's abilities (up from 10%).
Brewmaster
Elusive Brew is now highlighted when the Monk has 15 stacks of it.
Mistweaver
Mana Tea now restores mana equal to 3 times the Monk's unbuffed Spirit (instead of 4% of maximum mana).
Glyphs
Glyph of Blackout Kick has returned.
Armor Sets
PvP 2-piece set bonus for Windwalker Monks has been replaced by the PvP 4-piece set bonus. Touch of Karma's redirected damage can now exceed 50% of the Monk's maximum health.
PvP 4-piece set bonus for Brewmaster Monks now only applies Guard to 1 additional ally within 15 yards (down from 2 allies).
PvP 4-piece set bonus for Windwalker Monks is now the PvP 2-piece set bonus. The Monk now receives a 2% reduction to damage taken for each stack of Tigereye Brew consumed for 20 seconds.

it's funny and not surprizing, which makes me think of another class......tons of QQ of feral druids since WOD BETA concerning PVP and now due to their AOE attacks in PVE on the raids just released, i saw the 6.1 notes and cat is getting blanket buffed, which will benefit all four specs of druid and getting several feral specific buffs. i guess some blizz employees/family/kids want more cat form moonfires when i saw the 55% mana reduc

but it is nothing new, i don't believe they really read their own forums anymore, look at various QQ on BETA, PTR testing it gets ignored, they let it go live for tor testing by paid account players and still gets ignored.

subterfuge is a good example, there where numerous posts concerning it in MOP BETA in May 2012 and prior, they continued into the PTR, QQ continued into MOP and then near 2 years later in Apr 2014 releases this blue post below....and....still let it ride 6 more months for the entire expac

Subterfuge has proved too powerful, and frustrating to play against in PvP, so we decided to reduce its defensive capabilities, while preserving its offensive power. We changed the Subterfuge period to allow the use of stealth abilities without actually stealthing you, similar to Shadow Dance.

Subterfuge now allows you to use abilities that require stealth for 3 sec after leaving Stealth, instead of actually staying stealthed for 3 sec.

priceless

They aren't getting buffed, you might want to re-read the notes. But if they did get buffed, it's because of how meh BM's are at 100. They base all nerfs/buffs around endgame and currently monks are one of, if not the, worst class to play right now. BM is actually the best pvp spec and not even for it's damage, just because you can guard mates. It's sad how lackluster monks are at endgame. If anything, ferals need to be knocked down a peg or two. They're op at lower levels and still op at 100. Getting bit for around 100k is always enjoyable.
