GREEN BOE's

NPCs Lvl 14-15 Do drop Green Armor that scales to lvl10 req. which has ilvl 11-15 on them.

But Lvl 14-15 NPCs Don't Drop Green Weapons that scale below lvl 11 req.


Been getting a lot of new Green Rings same stats as BOA shipyard rings.

Westfall is 10-60 Barrens 15-60 etc. You need to find drops in 10-60 zones if you want then to scale to 10.

yep figured that 1 out allready, just tryin afew rares seeing wat slip through the cracks, scaling is so off atm, ive been getting green items that scale to 10 off mobs in Hillsbrad Foothills. the rare that drops the pacifier drops greens that scale to 10 so was worth a shot.

Mor shan Ramparts is another place I'm farming, 14-15 npcs but in a 10-60 zone.

Scaling is so off, http://www.wowhead.com/item=5425/runechain-girdle was a lvl 16 item, now lvl 17,
drops in a zone starting at 10,
drops of a lvl 12 rare, great scalling.. a few blues ive noticed this.

if it was a 3 agil or 3 int ring yeah, but it was just a shitty 3 stat ring so I didn't bother I knew I would farm another up,

sorry for late reply, I havnt had a chance to test any resistance sets yet, been busy on my 110's.
