Blood DK twink 20, questions about optimization

Hello Twinks!

I am a twink beginner, I have few questions for the specialists of this forum.

I decide to play an human DK Blood. DK Blood because I like tanks than can heal them and human for the skin, the +10% to secondary stats and remove control.

What do you think about the items: I decide to increase secondary stats rather than stamina when it is possible but it is perhaps an error because the overall bonus is less important?

Some question on gems:
I see that we can have 2 meta sockets, can I combine 2 times the +10% movement speed bonus?
Can I combine the +20% Movement Speed of Grim Furystone Gorget with +10% Movement Speed of a meta socket
I see that the radiant Eye of Zul matches with any socket, there is no more color conditions for sockets (blue, red, yellow)?

Just a few things that stood out for me:


You might want a helm with more sockets, so you can get more Steady's.

Grim Furystone Gorget:

• I'm unsure if the movement speed stacks. Also it's just a socket, not a meta.

On the Chubakass website there are two values for enchants, someone knows why?

• Probably at 20 and at 29 (for BG) You want "Binding".

Enchant Shoulders
Master's Inscription of the Axe - +2(3) Strength - +2(3) Crit - Northrend - Inscription (25)

• If you chant shoulders you have to keep Inscription, so no alch or engineering then.

Enchant Chest
Mighty Versatility - +5(6) Versatility - Pandaria Enchanting (1)

• You are going to want +stats

• You will want Crusader

• There is no such thing as 2 metas sockets. Some speed increases stack and some don't. Minor Speed to Boots stacks. The meta does not. The 2% speed to cloak stacks, but 2% is pretty crap. All should stack with the stat "speed".
