Blizzard removing trial accounts?

So I recently made another trial account, got my pally to 20 and farming TW dungeons, got the mount yay, havent played this acc in 2weeks, login and there are no toons for me to choose, just blank account. Any one experience this.

Are you absolutely certain you chose the right account/ game license?

Same game region like EU/ US?

Check deleted characters?

Check support history to see if someone removed the game license or if a remove starter edition support ticket was initiated

Probably ported you in to a suggested realm & not the one you'd been playing on; but it could be some other peculiarity.
I wouldn't sweat it. the toon is somewhere.

Left it a few hrs and it is back, just very random for a full day it showed acc as having no toons.
