Hello, I have seen a 39 hunter twink with Blade of Hanna. The weapon says requires level 59. How is that possible?

ay, that be the work of scaling matey.

Yeah the original blade of hanna required 59+ but his is a scaled down version he can use. Notice the item lvl of the one he is wearing, it is ilvl 51.
