BIS Rogue but are Glaives better? Rate me also!

Hey guy's im back, and i have a few questions. i see alot of rogues qith glaives and to me it seems they are hitting harder and faster. are the glaives better then what i currently have? Faster maybe. Harder? I highly doubt it.

imo, synapse is better for rogues. You will always be able to pop it with Shadowdance.

heres a couple things you need. enchants for helm and shoulders, +10 stats 2 chest +50 ap to bracers 3 socket belt, Hyjal exalted ring, also JC. not very close to BiS. also glaives r teh suk
