BIS JUNK ITEMS?

Hi. I have been out of the twink loop for about 5 years now. Twinking was awful after cata hit if you ask me. But anyways... I made this thread for a bit of clarification. I have been told by some raging kid in one of the bracket threads here that stats no longer matter "AT ALL" and it is now all about item LvL. I am not 100% sure if this is true or not because I am pretty sure 2 pieces of same slot gear with the same item lvl and one has high stam and one does not then you have more HP if you wear the one with more stam in bg. I could be wrong though but if I am right id like to know other stats that still work in bg.

Now let's get to the point here.....
I am trying to form a list of abnormally high item lvl gear with low lvl requirements.
Please add to the list or enlighten me if you find a higher item lvl for the slot. Here is all I had time to find and add to the list....

Lets see there are lots more even trinkets that are gf'ed providing an absurd 120 item lvl. on 19s ofc

You are correct, stats don't matter at all in PvP (don't know if this applies to world pvp and duels yet, but I heard that it would at some point). All that matters is ilvl and for some classes weapon speed.
