This is my interpretation of what a 59 enhancement shaman twink should look like. The gear is easily accessible, and very well-rounded. I am still a tad unsure as to whether or not the proc on dark-iron-pulverizer would make it worth using: I figured that with hand-of-justice, windfury-weapon & windfury-totem, Dark Iron Pulverizer might be worth trying out. Feel free to share your thoughts!

    Gear:

    Screenshot (18).png
Helmet: beaststalkers-cap [requires level 45+ to farm] Scholomance
Neck: will-of-the-martyr [requires level 45+] Stratholme, quest
    Shoulder: black-dragonscale-shoulders [Crafted BOE]
Cloak: cape-of-the-black-baron [requires level 45+ to farm] Stratholme
Chest: beaststalkers-tunic [requires level 45+ to farm] Blackrock Spire
    Bracer: lordly-armguards [BOE]

    Glove: beaststalkers-gloves [BOE]
Belt: beaststalkers-belt [BOE] or bloodmail-belt (for 3-set) [requires level 45+ to farm] Scholomance
Leg: bloodmail-legguards [requires level 45+ to farm] Scholomance
Boot: bloodmail-boots [requires level 45+ to farm] Scholomance

Ring #1: blackstone-ring [requires level 35+ to farm] Maraudon
Ring #2: painweaver-band [requires level 45+ to farm] Blackrock Spire

Trinket #1: hand-of-justice [requires level 45+ to farm] Blackrock Depths
    Trinket #2: insignia-of-the-horde Vendor [PVP]

    Weapons

One-Hand: ironfoe [requires level 45+ to farm] Blackrock Depths & crest-of-supremacy [requires level 35+ to farm] Sunken Temple

Two-Hand: dark-iron-pulverizer [Crafted BOE] or arcanite-reaper [Crafted BOE]

    Talents:

(Do note, I used 50/50 talent points, which requires level 60. Just remove 1 point from Totemic Focus in the restoration tree.)

The normal melee PVP hit rating (to not miss special attacks) is 5% for hitting someone at your level. To hit a level 60 while at 59, it will take 6% Hit to be reached. Now you don't have to run with Hit rating and you'll still do fine but I'm sure once you connect with your target you don't want to miss your Stormstrike, which could happen here with this build. I'd be willing to bet the (Horde only trinket) Rune of the Guard Captain would in PVP combat be more worthwhile because it gives 2% hit over the 2% chance to get an extra attack from HoJ.

You have 1% Hit from Bloodmail boots.
You have 1% Hit from Blackstone Ring.
Same thing for Painweaver Band, nice ring, but Tarnished Elven Ring would probably be better for the 1%.
You can get that last 1% if you go for the 2 piece bonus on Black Dragonscale set. So you could switch out the Bloodmail Leggings for the Black Dragonscale Leggings, and there you go 6% hit.

    Where is your relic?

    Thanks for the feedback!
I didnt consider hit gear, because I was under the impression that the likelihood of me actually missing would be rather low. I'll definitely try to pick up a few extra items to get my hit cap!
For the most part, this looks like the gear I'd like to run for the majority of the time. I think its very well-rounded, but I also plan to gather a glasscannon set just to troll windfury procs. Other than the hit cap missing, do you think this is a decent build? And I totally forgot about relics for shamans and paladins lol. Of course I'll get myself one of those as well!

As much as a glass cannon build sounds fun, I think as an Enhancement Shaman you want ... you need utility, especially in PVP. That's means you need to survive, so Stamina and Intellect should not be slept on. You're still going to hit like a truck once you connect with them with an Arcanite Reaper.

So think on pieces like Cape of the Black Baron though technically the BIS for PVE due to the stats, probably not the best PVP cape.

Will of the Martyr technically requires Level 55, not 45, due to the fact it's gated behind a quest.

BRD is accessible at level 40.

I will be farming these dungeons at their minimum level required to enter, with a carry group.

It's been so many years but that level 50 mace is never worth it because of the low proc rate. I mean really low proc rate.. Level 58 AR would be better for the extra dmg, .1 speed and pure attack power stat.

I thought the same thing. But it procs a fair amount on my 59 warrior. I am torn between the 2. An 8 second stun can guarantee a kill but then again, 62+ attack power really goes a long way

I like the idea of the Dark Iron Pulverizer specifically on an Enhancement Shaman. 8 seconds is a huge amount of time to stun someone and as a class that probably has to use a lot of utility tools to connect with their opponents (especially Mages) this is a huge bonus. Plus as a Horde you have the benefit of not having to deal with Stun resist racials. And unlike all other two handed mace wielding classes, outside of a Paladin reck bomb, I don't see any other class having the same benefits that an Enhancement Shaman would have because when they hit you, they don't just hit you once, they hit like 4 to 5 times in one swing.

Stormstrike + Windfury Weapon + Windfury Totem, chances are greatly increased they are actually going to get a proc off this. Yes you are kind of handicapping your overall melee DPS not going with AR, but in PVP control matters more. Just ask anyone who has died to a Mage spamming Rank 1 Frostbolt at you. The toolkit of a Shaman is that all of their damage doesn't come from melee attacks, so even if it doesn't proc they can still kill you through a normal Stormstrike + Earth Shock combo.

As far as talents go. This is my suggestion.

    You gain Parry,
You get 2 seconds reduced on your Grounding Totem.
Only 1 sec Ghost Wolf cast.
You lose the Lightning Shield added buff.
You lose Strength of Earth added buff, but in my opinion Earth totems are at a premium, you are more likely going to be using Tremor, Earthbind, Stoneclaw, Stoneskin anyway.

No Elemental talents, because you are going for Nature's Guidance in the Resto tree. This is a huge buff.
3% melee hit and 3% spell hit baseline. That way you free up more space for gear that doesn't require hit.
This means you'll only have to get 3% melee hit from gear and if possible 2% spell hit from gear.

You gain Totemic Mastery. A 30 yard increase to your friendly buff totems, um hello Windfury, Tremor, Grounding, Stoneskin, Frost resist, Cleansing Totem, Healing Stream, Mana Stream.

    And you get
56% less pushback on healing spells.
25% buff to armor once you have healed yourself.

I used that Pulverizer on my 59 warrior and it procs a lot. It's honestly so overpowered I can't even describe it to you, you just have to experience it. This sounds like an insane build.

Also @Petrolsk there's been a lot of discussion about miss tables in the lower brackets and it sounds like you're saying that although weapon skills are maxed for everyone, it's still only the max for your level and you would still suffer a penalty against higher level enemies (which would mean your miss chance goes up vs higher level toons). No one was able to confirm whether skills were maxed AND normalized (negating level difference) or just maxed. Your answer seems to confirm that they are not normalized; did you have any detail on that? I've been trying to settle this issue for a bit :]

Is the lvl 58 pvp gear any good for this bracket?

I haven't seen a confirmation on whether or not we're getting the 60 or 58 versions of pvp gear.

I haven't went through and compared every classes' set, but I'd still take dungeon set 2 over most of the r71-10 gear. You also don't have to maintain your pvp rank for weeks to get it.
