Bis for level 20 twink resto Druid. Leech???

Just wondering if anyone knows what the bis for resto Druid is and just wondering if a full set of leech gear with gems would be worth investing in.

sockets + speed is going to be better. I havent, myself, stacked a whole lot of leech but I have a fair number of pieces and it just doesnt stack as high as you'd like. Speed, on the other hand, can make you quite quick. Especially on a RDruid
