Bg pop's

The last week i played many 2s games on my 29 and many ppl from France and German server's ask me for my B-tag to get Bg pop's.
Is it for real that u on Eu only on the English realms got pop's since the WoD patch and why?
Befor the que works...or not?
Cant belive that so mutch ppl stop gaming right now.

no idea about france but germany didnt get a single bg pop since 6.0

edit: and i dont think its because ppl stopped playing, they just dont disable alterac(jajas, frenchs, germans, russians and english ppl who dont visit twinkinfo)

thats exactly the first i ask them, all do Valley and Gilneas on blacklist....but no pop's

strange, everytime i que on my german f2ps there isnt even an estimated queue time
