Best zone for boe drops?

What zone/mob level range has the best chance of dropping 59 greens? Is it hellfire peninsula?

Mana tombs reg.
Mainly lvl 63/64 mobs, dropping 58/59/60 greens. Also the fel chests drop 58/59/60 greens. Adamantite chests drop higher lvl, same with bosses

After 2 hrs on a rogue jus pickpocketing and killin few packs, I get plenty of greens. More if ya actually kill mobs. Higher rate than world mobs
