Been playing around with prot. Can anyone give me any other ideas as far as gear goes.

wrong forum ... this is 1-9 not 19

one little point, besides having the wrong hat on, you don't get any benefit from agility on a pally any more, so that neck is not BiS anymore, just swap to the 3 stam neck.
