Best enchants now?

Sup guys. So after wod with the rescaling of almost all enchants I am curious for what enchants would be the best ones in the different brackets.
Most enchant shows the wrong stats in the tooltip so it's difficult finding the right enchants without wasting too much gold in the process.
If you guys would write down your results of the different enchants at say level 19, I (or someone else) could make a list with the correct scaling. If this list allready exists, please discard this thread ☺

So far the only change I know is using the epic inscription enchants, but I don't' know if it makes a difference now.
The other thing I wonder is if 3 crit or 3 haste > 3 str/agi/int at this level after the changes.

All the enchants scale based on actual level now instead of just per expansion, so I've added a column for level 19s.
