EU+US Belt buckles

so as some of you may know I don’t play anymore so I can’t test this for myself but going based on by what wowhead says the belt buckles are usable up to a pretty high item level so this could possibly be used on any belt in the game

Already tried like a month ago and it says that ilvl is too high.. I guess the tooltip just shows wrong number.
