Banner of Fallen Still Available

I have not been getting any Banner of Fallen/Captured Insignia from BG corpse looting since 8.2. Is it removed?

Still possible I'm able to get all my quest items every month

Run some BFD for the pve ones
Capture insignias for the pvp ones

DMF also isn't on the calendar for like the next 5 months, soooooooo

Calendar has been confirmed to be a bug
You can still get them, make sure to have Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide in bag.
