Has anyone farmed this, know what BG values are, or the proc rate? It looks promissing for a healer option.

In short, the mana pool that you have as a healer is too high for it to be effective and the proc rate isnt there to justify the slot since youd need to use the circlet anyway.

Recommendation: use + mana to chest enchant & the circlet and maximize your output stats elsewhere.
