(Sorry for my bad english already, im from germany tho)

Thread about twink of 19's

I really want to know some little stuff about gearing right now. I posted under another Thread aswell, but maybe its worth to do a own Thread.

So;
1. Is it still possible to obtain the Azeriteneck / Azeritegear and equip it? (HOW?)
(for me it says i have to be Level 45 atleast.)
2. Is it still possible to obtain +16 GS on my Artefactweapon? (HOW?)
(for me it says heroic need to be Level 45, and I can only obtain +5 GS on Normal mode., means; 20 +5/+5 = 30GS on Weapon.)
