Available Mana Regen Items?

Hey all - I've been theory crafting on some heavy mana regen builds and was wondering if anyone had insights on available f2p / vet mana regen items?

I know there's circle of flame, but besides that I haven't found anything promising (e.g. +42 mana to chest, which is pretty poop). Lots of cool items gated behind raid access unfortunately.

Dire Maul drops a gem that shifts HP to Mana.

Keep in mind you may need a pocket healer running those.

World content scales so Dire Maul should scale as well.

Boe trinket and offhand both restores around 150 mana on a 2 min cd

fist of stone does not work.

spellsurge enchant is total crap.

many of these values are nerfed in instance pvp too, my theory crafting kind of died at that realization.

Damn that's a bummer. Do you have the name of the BoE trinket and offhand?

Lol thanks. Do you know the name of the gem? I checked dire maul drop table on wowhead and couldn't find anything.

I think he means BoP and here are the 2 items.

If you are a healer I'd run mana to chest and Circle of Flame, that should be all you need.

I've heard Price of Progress is quite good with high haste.

In my experience, Bangle is about 75 mana per minute on average in a non-haste build.
The vers bonus is pretty dope tho

Mana fist weapon does not work.
Trinket from last Scholo boss works, and restores mana, but proc rate is miserable
Trinket from Botanica last boss gives versa on use, but has a pasive of mana reg. It works, and so far with my tests, procs arround 1time per minute on lvl20 bgs, but again, the mana refund is miserable
You can use DireMaul seeds to exchange HP into mana, same way than Flame head works
You can craft "infinite mana pot" with Northrend alch. Is not the best mana pot, far from that, but as name says, it is not consumed on use, so for me works when others are on CD.
Have not tried the mana refund metagem so no info on this..

It works, but the mana refund is so low that seems to not work..
