At what level do rogues no longer suck?

At what level/bracket do rogues stop sucking?

I so far have tried 19s, 29s, and 39s, and it feels like helping the enemy team to que as rogue unless maybe the map is AB.

When can you put pressure on say a priest without the priest just stopping your damage with bubbles and keeping about his business healing other players?

Rogues are good at 29. They are ok but not great at 19.

Rogues are pretty decent at 29 and above, not the best, but fares okay.

At 60+ rogues start to take off and become a lot better. And we are talking A LOT.

I'd say looking at the skills (I haven't been active in a while) that 39 is when you'd start to have more utility. I can't believe they moved gouge and vanish (for reopening with cs) up past 29. Used to be poor man's interrupts to go alongside kick.

Am I reading wowhead right - do 29 rogues have blind now? I've been out of the game too long.

29 but this patch and the weapon speed changes will most likely get rid of any "decent" damage 29 rogue had so I'd say 110

Nah, rogue damage is still ass at 60-70, it's depressing really.

Since the start of legion, I always looked at rogues like tracer, they just CC and annoy the fuck out of the enemy team, they no longer do big dick ambush damage, They are mostly used for sap, cheap shot, kick, and belf silence if you have that.
