I'd say artifact, Full Moon is such a powerful spell in and out of bgs it's crazy. I have an Athrog's Dethhamma titanforged 865 for resto, 10k int for huge heals. But for damage i'd say bala artifact definitely

You can sim your damage to see for yourself using a variety of dps meter sites. I think raidbots is fairly user-friendly. If you do not have the hammer then maybe you can get one of the druids here to log out with it equipped and copy their armory and run a sim.

What they said, plus the weapon damage and stamina from the hamma is good replacement for guardian or feral imo
