Are these items worth on a 19 druid?

So i'm finally getting around to making my 19 druid and I was wondering what some of you thought on certain items. I like having lots gear to choose from for different sets and situations and I am considering getting https://classic.wowhead.com/item=1131/totem-of-infliction and https://classic.wowhead.com/item=7334/efflorescent-robe. The totem is only 2550xp which isnt a problem but if I added all of the quests properly
https://classic.wowhead.com/item=7334/efflorescent-robe equals 22,520xp, which is just a massive number. I currently have 46,783xp till I ding 20 and since I am alliance I feel as though i also need https://classic.wowhead.com/item=5462/dartols-rod-of-transformation which is 9,730xp. These 3 items give me about 10,000xp to play with for mobs and exploration for the quests and other misc. things that may happen throughout the course of the game such as AGM or anything else. If anyone would care to share their opinion I would appreciate it because I'm really just trying to decide if the robe is worth it or not.

The robe is beautiful, the quest looks fun. But too much XP, and the stats aren't worth it on any FC class.

According to wowhead, the quest for that robe requires the "Enraged Spirits" and "Wounded Ancients" Quests. Which show as requiring level 20 and 22? Their prereq quests are listed at 17 though so I'm not certain that its true or not.

Good eye! Guess thats just a tiny thing that I overlooked, its very odd that the final quest would require a lower level than the prereqs for it but it does solve my problem to try for the item. Thanks for the help and saving me all the time and xp just finding out I cant get it.

Defias is 11 stam and leather. Armor is important and stam is priority anyway. Its a direct downgrade. And if you want a heal set tree bark is also far better. The offhand is just a troll item.
