US Are 19s on Bleeding Hollow still active?

Basically I have a geared ally priest with a bank full of rare twink items (mainly 10-19 bracket items) and I'm wondering if the bracket is still active on BH that it would be worth it to transfer while they are having a deal on the service.

Meh. BH is still the go to realm for twinks in general. But the brackets not as active as it was in 7.1. Then again, I may not be the right person to tell you information since I'm one of those less active players snice 7.1 ha.

19s are pretty fine, 20-29 a bit funky currently since 7.2

You would see about a thousand 19s in Org and out front if you were horde.

You may see another twink or two on alliance
