Simply and clean I like it.
But if you have some specific items I need please link them.
I can transfer and server change. Everything I have gotta do to make this BIS!
Bestworld covered basically everything. The guide in my sig will hopefully go into the detail you want, but heres a short summary:
The current way things work is that instanced pvp uses templates to give stats based on class/spec. The actual gear doesn't matter and doesn't directly give stats. An ilvl 24 white chest is the same as an ilvl 24 blue chest that gives stam/str/crit/verse. Every warrior wearing a piece of armor in all the important slots (shirt/tabard don't count) will have the same base stats from the template. So first step is to make sure you have ANY item in EVERY slot. Mostly ignored since duh you want something in each slot.l
In instanced pvp, every gets a 5% bonus to primary stat if they wear the correct armor type. For warriors, this means all plate. So second priority is to wear plate in every slot.
Third priority is to use the proper weapon. 2h axes/swords do more damage than 2h maces/staves/polearms (for arms/fury). For prot, make sure to use a shield and a 1h weapon that isn't a dagger. Also don't use caster weapons (anything with int on it).
Fourth priority is to increase ilvl without breaking the first 3 steps. At 19, the standard ilvl (that of an heirloom) is 24. For every ilvl above that, you get 0,1% extra stats. So if you have ilvl 25, you have 100.1% stats. At ilvl 34, you have 101%. At ilvl 40 you'll have 101.6. As you can see, the difference is tiny. Especially with the small numbers at 19, you often get a couple of extra armor and maybe a stam/str. So BiS involves getting the highest ilvl (while also still using the correct weapons and wearing all plate). BiS even with grandfathered gear is usually only like 45 ilvl or so, which is a tiny 2% advantage.
They removed most interesting higher ilvl things. If you have a 19 warrior already, you might have some grandfathered stuff. AGM and the old insignia are examples. Whats left is cloth hats (doesn't matter for your warr), trinkets (fishing trinket from the STV contest) and white neck/rings/offhand. Dungeon and quest blues at 19 are ilvl 25, and BG wins give you crates that can drop green (ilvl 23) and blue (ilvl 27) gear for certain slots. Again, check the guide in my sig for the full list.
Enchants don't matter. The only one that appears to work is black magic, which only procs on spells and gives 1 haste, so rather meh for you. Though if you have a BE or undead warrior (maybe tauren? dunno...) then you can proc it with your racial.
So no transfers necessary. A single night is usually enough to level up, grab the white neck/rings, equip what heirlooms you got, and dungeon for anything you're missing. Shift-J brings up the dungeon journal and you can look at what dungeons give which loot (RFC, WC, SFK, DM). Boom, you're 98% as geared as a grandfathered twink. You can continue to do dungeons to replace most of your heirlooms with ilvl 25 stuff. Do the fishing tourney on sunday if you *really* want the trinkets. And then just BG and hope for blues from the crates.
