Any vet guilds recruiting?

Hello

I haven't played WoW since the patch that separated xp off/on came into force but I'm looking at returning to play in the 20s bracket as a vet. Are there any decently sized vet guilds out there? I was fairly active in the 19s bracket for a while.

Also, is it worth leveling my 19s to 20, or would it be better to create new toons in case 19s make a return? How long does it take to gear a 20?

Assuming from the armory link you’re only looking at EU.

Never level a twink because there is no telling what Blizzard will do in the future. Especially with the character level squish coming.

How long does it take to gear a 20?

I guess that would depend on a how hardcore you want to be.. rerolling for quest epics and such? To get good enough to BG against levelers/f2ps and enchant? Probably not too long at all, a few days. To be geared to the teeth with all the best epics possible? Significantly longer! RNG is going to RNG.

Sorry, I should have clarified: I am looking for an EU guild only.

Thanks for the heads up about the level squish - I wasn't aware of that. I think I will create new chars, maybe level an undergeared 19 that I haven't invested much time in.
