Before i begin to describe this insane discovery, please note i haven't verified this bug 100%. this being said... I appreciate some help verifiying whether this fact is fake.


Take a look at this nifty low level Wep!! Serenity - Item - World of Warcraft

May not seem all that interesting, but a lot of rumors on wowhead claim it can in fact remove Invulnerabilitys!!!!!! Divine shield, ice block, ect.

If this is true, would be one hell of an awesome Wep switch to use! Very interesting!

You must get annoyed pretty easily. I personally much rather have these type of threads than the usual bigotted and shortsighted others tend to make.
That being said, if you have an issue with someone's thread, see that little exclamation mark on the bottom left of every post? Use it.

Digressing, even if it doesn't remove invulnerabilities unless under certain client side circumstance. Pretty fun weapon~ reminds me of Rogue's and their 6% chance to stun with mace attacks. -shudders-

But the rest you said made sense. Even if it did remove immunities there is a tiny chance that it would proc while the mage is frozen/pala is shielded. And in the meantime you'd lose a lot of stats

Well you found it. I would say it was my favorite swap weapon back in vanilla, along with Silent Fang. Silent Fang got nerfed hard, and while I doubt Serenity will, It won't really matter.

The proc has an internal cd of 45 seconds. Thats just plainly too long. The stat loss in itself is enough reason not to swap. But then add the fact that the proc isn't instant, and there is a moderate possibility you will simply miss the entire proc, and lose stats, is a game breaker. Then add the fact of not being able to try again for the swap proc for 45 seconds in an arena match that usually won't take over a minute thirty.

All that said, keep up the work mate. The joy you brought to me just by posting about this old thing is immeasurable.

I'm not trying to stir up anything, just genuinely curious as to which threads he was referring to when he said "I personally much rather have these type of threads than the usual bigoted and shortsighted others tend to make".
Maybe if he gave an answer people would know not to make those kind of threads in the future.
