Right now on the Beta, secondaries and primaries are heavily reduced on all of our accessible gear. These changes are not on the PTR yet, so who knows if this stat squish is coming at live or on prepatch as it did for SL.
Not confirmed yet if the secondary scaling (% per stat) has changed.
When I update the guide, I will probably just make a new thread and preserve the shadowlands one as it currently is.
