Can confirm ( have played enough games this week during BG luanch to earn honored with silverwing and), yes lots of non twinks que up for bgs in the level 10-19 bracket. Also, encase you are still wondering - yes, they are really bad at the game and in most cases the team with the least amount of twinks will lose.

Pretty sure he just means they should know better than to think they wont be dogshit while making zero effort to gear. Also the irony of your comment being that the levelers are actually the ones demanding who is and isn't allowed to play.
