an old twinker is back!

hi guys, im max from italy...im back to twinking in legion. i twinked in tbc wotlk whit my rogue 19 and now im back!! im lvling a outlaw rogue and i have some questons.....i wanna twink lvl 29 because we have more controls and ambush (unlocked lvl 22) im using the guide for gearing up, i got 3/4 of the equip i need in bgs but i also wanna WPVP hard so i know i have to change a lot of pieces of gear....i have a lot of enchants in bag ready to use( weapon enchs legion neck enchs and so on) but i wanna use them only on the WPVP equip, right??... there are lots of guides for pvp but no one for WPVP...someone can help me get the best items for WPVP? last question: when to stop the exp...i stop the exp at 29?

You use enchants on wpvp, yes. They don't work in arenas or bg's. You stop xp at 29,but if you want to twink for example 22 lvl (dunno why would you do that but still) you can stop xp at 22 if you want. Your level scales to 29 in arenas/bg
