Am I wasting my time farming Shocking Claws?

Having a tough time deciding on what to use for my off-hand wep on my Enhance shammy... Ironfoe, Blackout Truncheon, Vibroblade (if even possible), Soulrending claw, etc.
Currently farming "Cheiftan Burblegobble" for Shocking Claws because I wanna see the dmg difference of and 8-12dmg offhand wep compared to 8-10 wep (blackout truncheon).

Wondering if anyone's already tested Shocking Claws or know if they even drop?

Shouldn't dual wielders simply ignore offhand weapon dmg and speed?

Its nice on DH that cant use mace, no need on cudgel classes.

Found it in a chest in Zul'drak or maybe it was Grizzly Hills, same place and same method I found Elanor's Edge.
