Or try switching realms via "ServerHop" addon. Even in WoD (with added heirloom and music roll) still possible find alone chest.

For many classes the BM trinket is just fine. Unless you are shooting for the Heirloom version. For that, you can do it on a high level toon.

I would recommend Cross Realm Assist. It's an addon that allows you to phase to different realms. Even with the Gurubashi chest being more popular than ever, due to music scroll, achivement and heirloom, it is still possible to find servers that would allow you to snag the chest. This is of course from EU experience. Idk about US. When I was devoted to farm it, I set my alarm to ring me every 3 hours (unless I was at uni etc.). Sometimes I was lucky enough to even get 2-3 arena master trinkets within the same hour.

Sometimes I had help on my main server though. But try and see if you can achieve anything with the addon, and get help when possible. Ferals, rogues, mages (actually idk after the deep & ice nova nerf) are great at helping you with the chest.
