My launcher shows almost all realms as full atm.

In attempts to pinpoint latency related issues we’ve temporarily lowered the maximum number of people allowed in each realm. This will result in higher queue times as realms who have populations above the cap will not allow any new players in until it decreases back down below the new player cap. We’re continuing work on this and other issues impacting game latency.

the reason for that is because wow puts the people that pay for the game in front of people that are on trial accounts, so whenever someone else that joins the que it will put you behind them even tho they joined after you.

Blizz artificially capped server populations as there was major lag resulting from the expac. Moon Guard right now is at 3300+ in queue that's down from 5k when I checked earlier
