US 99 Haste stacking Ret Pally

With choosing boes only that have haste, how high of a % should I expect with full sockets in all those slots

I'm going to guess in the ballpark of 75-85%

Doubt you can get that high at 99. I'm not stacking haste, but I'm at about 20% with BiS. If you were to stack I'm guessing you would probably end up around 30-40% at most. Gem slots don't do a whole lot. The biggest thing would be getting all the epic BoEs that gave haste.
