My artifact isnt disabled but the talents are gone...when you open the talent screen it says "this artifacts power was sacrificed to draw out the darkness from the sword of sargeras and stablize azeroths wounds" my item level drop from 734 to 148.

probably done I agree. its still possible we'll have some stat gain but not like before and without the talents :\ boas are showing at ilvl 136 for 99s so I'm only beating the boa average by 12 points. I'm guessing even full 746 people right now wont be more than 1 or 2% extra stats.

Legion ilvl 800 vs 277 from ICC
I get 27 more spell power with 8 years old gear. Yes, other stats are shit. I don't have any MoP PVE gear in the bank, but I bet it is gonna be better than gear from legion with all the gems.

Another one:

Legion: 31 strength vs Cata: 45 str with 10 str gem + 5% crusader strike.
