I’m on Kazzak Eu, are you looking to enchant a pair of lvl 28 legs or 28 pairs of pants? Are they BoE or BoP, I can’t tradebug, but I can help with ench if you only need a high lvl player to apply it (leg enchants don’t bind items)?

Guessing its Darkweave Breeches. The stam dodge enchant doesnt bind the rest req trade bug.

Pretty big risk of losing the pants, but there's some people that are very good at it! I have a ilvl 28 stormbringers belt, but so far I've failed on test runs everytime doing the belt enchants. Boomer api ftl
