Right, i dont play a mage so i cant vouch for everything, but what show's up right away is the fact that you aint spell penetration capped.
I would personally get the Shatted Sun head enchant, giving you 18 stamina and 20 resilience. Arcanum of the Gladiator.
It also looks like you have jewelcrafting but haven't used the 3 improved gems.
That's all i dare to say before someone that plays a mage flames me.
