Question for you, why do you prioritize tier (which the sets don't work) over an extra socket in every slot?

No reason. I posted this thread at 3am and was way too tired and annoyed to make a minimax'd guide. This for the most part is the OS BIS for HOTT, and is a great guideline for people interested in doing the achievment
