I am getting +3 all stats with the Glorious Stats enchant. I noticed it when I enchanted my Hunter because I couldn't find Peerless Stats on the AH. I immediately bought the enchant for my Rogue and swapped it out to the same effect. +3 instead of +2.

Can anyone confirm?

Yes, Glorious Stats' tool tip is a bug. Peerless is your go to choice.

The real issue is the global messages. There are six global messages. SIX. This forum only has eight stickies. There are nearly as many global messages as there are stickies. I don't think I have been to another forum that has that many global messages.
