Hi all,
Yes I know molten core has been cleared many times before by lvl 50 twink guilds throughout times. However to my knowledge nobody has done it in this expansion, legion, yet. Therefore I created this thread to keep all 50 twinks and everyone else interested updated on Molten core process by 50 twinks here in legion. So we can send our screenshots here, our recruitment for the raid and tips and tricks for the encounters.
So far from my testing, I found protection warrior actually to perform better than my pala tank and druid tank. However that was only with 1 healer and for the 2 first stone giants in the raid.
On Sunday we will have our first raid in a long time, and hopefully we can fully clear it, but better not to expect too much from first try in a long time, it is mostly a 'test current specs and gear out' run.
Until we have found the best spec and class setups we plan to go into AQ40 as well, if of course, there will still be enough people actively playing 50 twinks. This is important or we can only continue dreaming about progressing in AQ40 obviously.

could be fun if others actually tried to accomplish the same and maybe with other class and spec combinations. We couldn't get further than these two mobs though as the next one either silence or spawns adds and we didn't have enough dps to survive it.
The first raid in recent time is already on THIS Sunday 29th October from 16:30 (but feel free to hang on for later as some people join later) on EU Alliance. Add my btag Andrakla#2568 or join us on discord https://discord.gg/Jdkdw4Q if you want to join and got a 50 twink outside Ravencrest and Carried by ilvl (our guild). Discord WILL be required, at least to be able to listen. We'll probably raid for 3-4 hours or as long there are enough people staying to continue progress or until Ragnaros is dead!

So far 12 have signed up internally. But all 50 twinks are welcome across Europe. All are welcome, but solid tanks and any healer are highly appreciated!
Tanks
Atm, Guardian druid and Protection warrior seems at the top for tanking, BM tank is relatively untested and paladin tank is also viable if someone wants, but doesn't seem to be on pair with the others.
DPS
Hunters are very viable and ranged. Rogues and warriors are decent as well. Other classes and specs are also viable, but many still mostly untested for the most recent gear and adjustments.
Healers
Druids serve fairly well as raid support healers and tools BR/innervate etc. Disc priests with great externals, shields and effective and fast heals are ranking very high. Mistweaver monks together with disc priests are probably the top healers. With resto shaman, druids and paladins after.
