49 Resto Sham, first attempt @49s

Haven't ever twinked in ze bracket, I'm EU, I realise it's pretty much dead, and will probably jus stay dead after Leveling dies down. But I had a 47 Sham, and cbf leveling another 85, so been gearing it a bit.



Scrolled through Wowhead fo' some items, if I'm missing like a key mega item for 49s any help would be appreciated.

Looks great! The Power of the High Chief - Item - World of Warcraft may interest you in place of Lunk's, and you may prefer Hammer of the Thorium Brotherhood - Item - World of Warcraft and Flarethorn - Item - World of Warcraft as a weapon. Other than that, I would choose everything you chose for your gear listing. Be aware that the pattern for the Green Dragonscale Leggings no longer drops from the basement of Sunken Temple, so don't delay in finding a leatherworker who got the pattern before it disappeared.



More importantly, I would cap your spell hit rating. Missing shocks and purges makes a bigger difference in the burst-heavy 49 bracket. You may want to simply use the gem slot to get the hit rating you need, or trade out a couple of pieces of gear to get hit items (I recommend the neck, belt, or weapon slots to get the best yield on your stats). You'll want 19 hit rating, or 15 if you play a draenei shammy. Capping spell hit didn't used to be as big a deal, but now with the bonus healing you get after landing a shock or sear, spell hit makes more of an impact.
