US 49 engineering items (with/eithout gnome racial)

I am interested in a 49 Hunter.

Just curious as to what items I'd be able to obtain through engineering. (If any other profession has neat items, please mention those as well).

I do not run legion gear or item level gear either. Just throwing that out there. Thanks guys

There is a bow that is super quick can't think of the name. World drop epic. You should make a haste stacking marks and see how it fairs. A lot of items now that have haste in 49 bracket
