49 Class Balance and Other Questions

Anyone have a rough idea of what class balance looks like in 49s? Trying to figure out what to make...

Another question: I played 49 Rogue briefly in BC, but couldn't really get into it because everyone would just die in two GCDs. Super bursty. Is this the same in Vanilla?

The balance of 49s is arguably the best of all brackets. Burst comes and goes but you shouldn't ever be two shot unless some enh gets a super SS with windfury proc. Most classes will be sitting above 3k hp.
Every class and spec is viable. Some have more burst, utility, or survivability but all very viable.
