49 Affliction Lock Questions

My main questions are what build and PvP talent to go? I haven't seen too many 49 Warlocks.

Also is the Postmaster Set the way to go?

Im stacking haste to 20% to have faster global and faster dots. basically running around spreading instadots moving constantly until i feel im not being targeted, then dump all my UA's onto a healer and lifedrain. insta dots keep you from being locked down by interrupts. I found that when i was trying to push UA's out on everybody that i was constantly spell locked and dps suffered horribly.
[doublepost=1534109758,1534109656][/doublepost]at 20% haste, UA was a 1.2 sec cast. It didnt drop to 1.1 sec cast until i stacked haste up to 31%!!! Im thinking of dropping haste down till UA is a 1.3 sec cast and trading it for crit to see if it makes a difference.
